Zoo day yesterday! I finally got to see Qannik! Hee, he looks so tiny compared to Bee. They're together now, getting free reign of both the holding and exhibit pools. Qannik won't go into the exhibit pool yet, though, because it's still Big and New and Scary to him. Oh, and the zoo website now has pictures of the move up here!

Still working my way through Bleach! I'm up through episode 17 now (just getting to Renji, [info]unspokenlonging!) and I'm totally turning into a Ichigo/Rukia 'shipper. :P And Rukia is so Made of Awesome. I want to be as cool as her. But with better drawing skills. ;)

I've got myself back up and running on FP, and a few decent dogs to start me off. A LOT has changed since I last played. They finally added the genetics and litters and made minimum levels for some food/accessories, and just today added in stuff like grooming and using food/water bowls and beds. So I gotta adjust to that. A part of me is annoyed because in the end, it really drives a wedge in the gap between the newer kennels and the big, always-winning ones. It seems like the new rules make it easier for the winning kennels to dominate, and the others fall farther behind. Ah, well. Still fun. :)

Finished my Marahute piece, too, just in time for the contest! :D It's up here on dA. Lots of things that annoy me about it, but my short attention span struck. ;) Time for the next project! :P

The Eagle is beautiful, I had no idea what Marahute was, so had to google it. :P

YAY!, I was hoping you'd get to those episodes fast, 'cause Byakuya and Renji, and the Ichigo/Rukia-ness.

And Rukia is so Made of Awesome

I know, right?, those were the first words I uttered after reading the first volumes of the manga, she's so awesome. And Renji is awesome, and Byakuya. *fangirls*

Thanks!! :D LOL! You should totally watch "The Rescuers Down Under." It's a gorgeous movie!! :D

I'm watching at least a few episodes every day. It's addicting like that! I'd love to read the manga, but I'm gonna have to go back and find the first ones somewhere. :)

I'd never heard of it before, it's weird because even if it's old I'd still have heard about it.

I like the manga better, Kubo has a great style, and on the manga you can read what he originally intended, but the anime is pretty faithful to the manga. They don't cut anything out, the only difference is the filler episodes, but even those are good [and there is Byakuya - can't help it, I LOVE him].

I tried to get the manga here, but finding the translations is nearly impossible, in the USA it seems to be easier.
There are sites on the net where you can find the entire manga if you'd like to read it.

Yeah, people tend to forget that that movie even existed. :( It came out in 1990. Had a theatrical release and all, and was done by Walt Disney Feature Animation, but it fell into the background. :(

I'll have to check out the site that [info]unspokenlonging posted. Once I catch up on the series! :P (I just finished episode 28...)

Up through 33 now... just saw Ichigo kick Renji's ass, and then the episode about Rukia and Renji and the Don Kan'onji one. :P I love that they're really drawing out the rescue and going into so much detail on it - very cool!! :D

That episode was so sad, thinking about the poor kids living all alone, and their friends dying, and Renji letting go of Rukia. And how hard their lives have been, and how Renji doesn't think he's good enough for her. :(

Bleachexile.com has all the manga there :) The manga is very different from the series because as you get into the series the show will move away from the manga for a whole arc before going back to the original story line.

I'm up through episode 28 now! Renji's kinda disappeared. :( But he looks to be in the next episode a fair bit.

He comez up in 31 which is pure renji and ichigo then renji and rukia get a whole episode to themselves in "the star and the stray dog" aka episode 32 :P

Loved the one with Rukia and Renji! It was really cool to see their backgrounds! I still see him as more of a big brother to her, though. :P

I think he still loves her but seeing how long it's been she probably doesn't feel the same way now. I'm more to the Rukia/Ichigo though a good angsty fanfiction of renji/rukia is always good. I have my renji ship preference on another female character to go with him but saying much more could potentialy turn into a spoiler :P

It hasn't been working since late last year. :( The server it was on crashed, and I haven't had the time or money to get it up and running elsewhere yet. :( I still have it all saved on my HD, though, if there's one that you're wondering about!

Sadly, nope. :( The loops I have on the site are actually listings of the music played in the background in the parks. :P
