I was a good girl today! Well, after I got up at 1 pm, anyways. Went for a long run along the waterfront, 'cause it was freaking gorgeous out! Then I came back and read Sparky fanfic, 'cause the recommendations were flying while we all sat around and chatted late into the night last night.

I leave tomorrow, though, 'cause I gotta work tomorrow night. :( I think I'm gonna pitstop on the way home for a bit of birdwatching/photography, though, if this weather holds. And as I was driving up, I noticed that the Disney outlet was back in Burlington again! Yaaaaay! So I definitely gotta stop there. So much cheap Disneyland stuff...

Oh, yeah, and today's "I'll believe it when I see it" X-Files news. Make the damn movie, or shut up about it already! :P

I certainly hope so, but after all the empty promises of the last few years, I'm not holding my breath!

Well, I did pimp a little story called "Unexpected" a lot, but I think you might have heard of that one. ;) I read "Letters" by lostgrace last night and tonight... I really enjoyed it, but I think it really jumped off-track and got cliched for awhile, and that was annoying. But it's righting itself, so it's all good. :) Still a work-in-progress. I'm set to read "Beginning's End" by Irony Rocks tonight! I'm a sucker for long!fics. :P

I'm reading Beginning's End now and LOVING it. I'm totally hooked - it'll be another late night of fic-reading!

In the article, David Duchovny says that the movie should be a done deal within the next week, ready to shoot in 2008 or earlier. I'll believe it when I see it! :P

If Chris Carter is involved in this film, I won't see it. I hate what that guy did to his show in the end. I have never forgiven him for the "final" episode o' crap.

I wholeheartedly agree about him turning the show to crap. Unfortunately, I am an X-Files whore and will probably see it like twenty times in theaters anyways. :P

Lol at the X-files news. And I am with you on the ‘I’ll believe it when I see it’ motto. This has been going on for ages. DD keeps saying ‘oh, it’s nearly finalised’ and does it ever get there?! :S But, I will be happy if it does happen! :)

And I love the pizza man icon too! :D

This is weird. First sally causes me to have an X-Files moment on GW and now I see your comment on it here. :p

You know I think I'm pretty much over that show. If there is a movie I'll probably watch it when it's on DVD. I tried getting to the theater when the first one came out, but ended up watching it on video. :(

The X-Files is coming back from the dead! :P

If it does happen, I'll be excited. I won passes from the local paper to a showing the day before the first one opened. It was crazy, but SO much fun! I still have the keychains and stuff that they gave us while we waited in line. And it was AWESOME to see it with a bunch of big X-Files geeks. :D

Wow, the most eagerly awaited movie of... 2002. I have a big problem with the last couple of seasons. Nevertheless, being the X-Files geek that I am, I'm totally looking forward to this movie. If it ever happens. ;)
