'Nother new LJ header! Same theme, different flavor. I hadn't noticed til yesterday that I got Tink really clearly in this pic, so now it's in my absolute favorites category.

I got all sappy and sentimental tonight, and busted out my Cirque cast and crew DVD... oh, so many good times, so many stories I'd totally forgotten about... I managed to get a few memorable frame grabs. I skipped most of the ones that just didn't lend themselves to stills (a lot of the falls and faceplants you really just gotta see in video), so this is a bit limited. (And no, for those of us chatting Monday night, I did not include that opening scene I mentioned... :P)

Who is THAT? ;) (For the record, I ran up the stairs at the end of poles and found a camera in my face, so it's a bit of an awkward/surprised smile! :P)


TEH CHAIR!!!! One of the best jokes of the summer, IMHO.


That is one CLOSE call... I was sitting right in front of him when that one happened - the look on his face afterward was priceless!


I know. Big file. But dear lord, you really gotta see it in motion to get the full effect... I gotta give him mad props for snagging the harness with his knee!


OMG TEH WINNAR!! The bikini top show owns my soul. Him getting thrown off the PWC moments later made it that much better...

There's also video of the performer who fell off the swing (tooshort4myego, channel 13! 13! ;)), one who did't quite make it onto the swing, and plenty of amusing faceplants and near-faceplants. But I'll let you all wonder about all those... ;)
